2020 Call for Submissions

With a creaking of floorboards and a fluttering of pages, we are thrilled to announce the theme for the 2020 UCL Publishers’ Prize: Libraries. We are now open for submissions of short stories of up to 3000 words and poetry between three and forty lines as well as flash fiction. Please send us your takes on this most magical of places accompanied by a short biographical note to by the 27th of January 2020. Hello from the 2020 Publishers' Prize Team! We thought it only polite to introduce you to the people with whom you will be interacting over the coming year: Harshita Hi, my name is Harshita and I’m the Project Manager of Publishers’ Prize 2020. I’m from India and surprise surprise I studied English Literature before coming to UCL. I love the summer, cooking and rereading Tintin.   There used to be a small library near my apartment back home when I was ten years old.
